Varieties: The primary export variety is "Methi Dana," a yellowish-brown seed. Grades are often distinguished by purity and processing method.

  • Sortex Cleaned: A premium grade with high purity (99%+) and uniform color, free from foreign matter.
  • Machine Cleaned: A standard grade with a purity of 98%, suitable for bulk export.
